A heated swimming pool
The 11m by 4m heated swimming pool awaits you for numerous swims from the end of March to the beginning of November!
Safe and treated with salt, it offers you a great swimming comfort. Around it, deckchairs and sofas invite you to relax.
Six suites to welcome you
All six suites have king size beds (180 cm) and each has its own private bathroom.
Tastefully decorated, each suite is independent, preserving the privacy and calm of each guest.
Two spas
We have imagined two relaxation and wellness areas with Jacuzzis for you.
The first jacuzzi is located in the swimming area next to the pool and offers a magnificent view of the vineyards.
The second jacuzzi offers a unique and exceptional view of the ramparts of the Cité de Carcassonne.
Wooded park
The wooded park of more than 2000m², not overlooked, will be the ideal place to appreciate the softness of life of the South of France.
A place of predilection for the children who will be able to play and to release themselves with the swing, the slide and the table-tennis table.
The older ones will find themselves around the barbecue and the bocce ball court for moments of conviviality.
Two terraces
The south-facing terrace offers a superb view of the wooded park, the swimming pool, the vineyard, but also of the Pyrenees, the Montagne Noire and the Bastide of Carcassonne. It will welcome your meals outdoor.
The north terrace offers a privileged view of the Cité.

The house itself is perfect
“This place is amazing. The pictures are accurate in that there is plenty of room inside and out. We were a party of 13 (6 children) and at no point did we feel crowded or on top of each other. The pool and hot tubs are brilliant and the rest of the garden big enough for ball games. And it’s 10 minutes at the very most (summer dawdling) to get to the city itself where there is an entrance at the nearest point. I’m not going to wax lyrical about the city itself, it’s beautiful. But the house itself is perfect and had everything that we could need and more (badminton, table tennis, petanque, the pool, 2 seating areas with TVs, tables inside and out, barbeques, laundry facilities…). And Cedric, the owner is an absolute gentleman. He knew that we would have children with us so set a couple of the bedrooms up accordingly with single/ bunk beds and that it was one of the party’s birthday and welcomed us with flowers for her. Would recommend 100%. Apparently Cedric has another house fit for 12 nearby which I’d look into also for a smaller group.”

The only negative was that we had to leave
“We were there for the month of September. The only negative was that we had to leave. We loved the home, the location and the region. We could walk to the old city, the main city and best of all the michelin starred (2) restaurant from Franck Putelat around the corner.
All the rooms had kingsize beds. There are 2 hot tubs, a bbq and an atmosphere in the middle of a vineyard that was the icing on the cake. “

What a fantastic house
“What a fantastic house, in a superb location, we had a wonderful week’s holiday here. It is an easy walk into the citadel and a little further into the main town. The views are incredible on all sides, especially of the citadel of course but the surrounding countryside is also lovely. The house is spacious with a lovely garden, swimming pool and two jacuzzis. I would highly recommend this holiday rental.”
