Are the villas fully independent and exclusively private?
Yes, each villa is fully independent and located 600 meters apart. You will enjoy exclusive access to the house, the garden, the pool, and the jacuzzis, in complete privacy.
Are the villas suitable for group or family stays?
Yes, our villas are designed to comfortably accommodate families, groups of friends, or multigenerational stays. They offer several master suites, spacious living areas, and suitable amenities.
Are parties allowed?
Parties and large events are not permitted in order to preserve the tranquility of the villas and the neighborhood. We kindly ask our guests to respect the peaceful environment throughout their stay.
Can private or professional events be organized?
We review each specific request on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for seminars, weddings, photo shoots, or film productions.
What are the check-in and check-out times for your gîte in Carcassonne?
Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM; check-out is between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request. avec supplément.
Are the heated pools and jacuzzis available all year round?

The Cœur de Vignes villa can accommodate up to 15 guests (including children). The Grand Panorama villa hosts 12 guests (+2 babies). No additional visitors outside of the group are allowed without prior approval from the owner.
Are your villas suitable for stays with children?
Our villas are ideal for families: fully private, with enclosed outdoor spaces and secure heated pools. They also feature playrooms, free Wi-Fi, TVs with Netflix and Canal+, baby equipment, table tennis, outdoor games, pétanque, a swing, and board games.
